A new element was added at Logan Elm, to remember the district's history. Before the demolition of the elementary buildings, efforts were made to secure bells that were part of each building. Today, four historic, restored bells were placed on brick pedestals along the east side of the building, near the event center entrance. A custom brick patio was laid and benches were also installed for the students, staff, and LE community to enjoy. Granite tiles identifying each elementary will be also be added to the pedestals as a final touch.
